We will also work with you to develop custom packaging in order to maximize product protection and minimize shipping costs.
Kitting & Light Assembly
Magna IV’s kitting and light assembly services allow you unlimited flexibility to optimize your inventory management, reduce costs, and achieve faster shipping. We can add labels or tags, package inserts, custom letters or numbers, and combine products (kitting) to create a new SKU. We even offer light assembly. You can ship components from your manufacturers direct to us, and we will do the assembly prior to shipping.
Packaging & Shipping
As a trusted 3PL provider, Magna IV has become a packaging expert. Our printing capabilities even give us the ability to create full-color packaging designed just for you. Specialized handling, custom boxing, shrink wrapping and outbound logistics are services available to all of our 3PL clients.
Magna IV has longstanding relationships with several shipping providers. We will work with you to choose a carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS) that aligns with your delivery needs. Thanks to our high volume of shipments, we’ve negotiated substantial discounts with the carriers. We leverage our low shipping costs and pass them on to you – meaning more profit to your bottom line!
We also use our integrated technology to automatically push tracking details back to your online store.
Magna IV will work with you to create a returns processing workflow depending on your return policy. We can ship the product back to you for refurbishing or re-packaging, or we can handle these processes for you.
Automated API Store Integration
Our technology allows us to integrate with your eCommerce platform so that orders are received into our system automatically, shipping and tracking information are uploaded back to your platform, and inventory can be tracked in real time.
